About MyVault
We’re building something new: a personal AI that protects your privacy by default. It works as a digital brain that keeps your life organized.
Most AI tools collect and share information. MyVault only works for you. When you feel secure, technology finally becomes useful.
Our users are professionals, entrepreneurs, and families who juggle documents, schedules, and decisions every day. They choose MyVault for control, clarity, and peace of mind.
We’re a remote team that moves fast, listens closely, and cares about craft. We believe small, focused teams build better products.
Join us and help shape a new kind of software — personal, private, and beautifully simple.
The role
We're looking for a Product Manager to take MyVault from idea to customer. You'll work directly with our founders and a small, dedicated team of designers and engineers to create features that our users love and depend on.
This role is for someone who:
Thinks in systems — you see how each decision ripples through the product and can balance competing needs elegantly.
Works relentlessly — you ship every week, iterate based on data, and push until features truly solve problems.
Shapes AI for humans — you take complex models and make them work for real people.
Writes with clarity — your specs inspire engineers, your updates align teams, and your reasoning convinces skeptics.
Obsesses over users — you talk to them weekly, dig through analytics daily, and know their problems better than they do.
Ships with conviction — you make hard calls about what to build next and own the outcomes completely.
Connects everyone — you help engineers understand why users struggle and help users understand what's possible.
What you’ll do
Define what we build next. Talk to users, analyze behavior data, and work with the team to decide which features matter most.
Create and manage the product plan. Balance user requests, technical constraints, and business goals to create a plan that everyone can execute.
Work with engineering daily. Write clear requirements, review designs, test builds, and make sure what we ship actually solves the problem.
Measure what matters. Set up tracking to know if features work, iterate based on real data, and kill things that don't deliver value.
Connect the dots between teams. Make sure design, engineering, marketing, and support all understand what we're building and why.
Research the latest developments in AI and privacy. Stay current on what competitors do, what regulations change, and what new tech makes possible.
Launch features end-to-end. Coordinate releases, work with marketing on messaging, and track adoption to understand impact.
Talk to users directly. Run interviews, analyze support tickets, and spend time understanding how people actually use MyVault.
Make technical tradeoffs. Work with engineering to balance feature complexity, performance, and development speed.
Requirements
4+ years of product management experience, preferably with consumer software or AI products.
Strong written communication - you can explain complex technical concepts to any audience.
Experience working closely with engineers and helping make technical decisions.
Uses data to make product decisions and has experience with analytics tools.
Understanding of AI/ML capabilities and limitations.
Track record of shipping products from conception through launch.
Comfortable in a dynamic startup environment with changing priorities.
What we offer
Competitive salary and equity.
Remote-first and flexible work environment.
Direct collaboration with founders and design leadership.
Creative ownership and freedom to experiment.
Small, focused team with fast decision-making.
Opportunity to shape a new product category: privacy-first AI.
